Pricing and Payments
All prices are quoted including 20% UK VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and correct any errors in pricing. Shipping costs are not included in the pricing and will be calculated and added to your order. Should the customer order from outside of the EU the customer will have the sole responsibility for paying any import or duty fees incurred. CJEM will not accept any liability for orders held at customs. We accept payment through BACS and card payments. Once payment has cleared you confirm your order of the goods as set out in the invoice. On clearance of payment CJEM will send an email notification to the client. Following confirmation of your order you will have 24 hours in which you are entitled to cancel or change your order. Cancellation should be confirmed in an email. Any fees incurred by CJEM will be charged back to the customer.
Lead Time and Deliveries
Our lead time for production of made to order items is 2-4 weeks. On completion of production there may be up to 5 working days extra for delivery. We make every effort to produce and deliver goods within this timeframe. All ‘off the shelf’ goods, such as taps and handles will be delivered within the lead time for made to order items. We are not able to provide an exact delivery date on payment of the order. In the case of orders for off the shelf goods only the lead time for delivery may be reduced. Either CJEM or our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a delivery date when the goods are ready for dispatch. We will not accept any liability for any losses should an order arrive later than the stated date. It is our suggestion that you do not book in for any additional trades to carry out further works until the goods have arrived on site.
Returns and Refunds
As all goods are made bespoke to you, we are not able to accept any returns. If CJEM accepts liability for goods damaged during delivery, or faulty items, we will provide replacement doors as soon as possible. The cost of postage for any return is the responsibility of the customer. The customer must also ensure that any returned items arrive to us in perfect unused condition.
Should any items have any manufacturing defects the customer must contact CJEM. If we accept liability for the defects replacement products will be issued as soon as possible.
